Service Description

AIR Fitness Levels: All    Styles: Incorporates postures from the discipline of yoga, systems within Pilates, suspension training, TRX, and other fitness modalities. Hammock Height: Below Hip to Hip __________ The suspended aerial hammock brings a range of motion and movement to the practitioner through a wide range of postures found in various fields of fitness. Aerial fitness focuses on the aerobic side of suspended movement, where the core anchors the body in the practice. Aerial Pilates finds its way here as mat and reformer exercises shift hammock engagement. This class is designed to strengthen and tone the body, while at the same time expand flexibility. Utilizing the aerial hammock as an assist, the body is supported as it lengthens, decompresses, and cultivates stamina. Postures arise from the fitness, pilates, and yoga worlds. No yoga or aerial experience necessary. REGISTRATION: Must register up to 2 hours in advance as space is limited. Drop-In spaces available upon request. There is a 2 person minimum required for class to run. Notification/Confirmation of class will be made within 2 hours of class time. CANCELLATION POLICY: 3 Hour Cancellation Policy.
