BLOCK SESSIONS of AERIAL YOGA
Offered in a small group setting (4 people max.), this practice is designed to build community and familiarity with the aerial hammock as a partner in developing flexibility, strength, balance, improved circulation, breath flow, juicy inversions and well-being. The practice is catered towards the individual group members and their interests.
Progressions of postures and human potential are grown upon in each practice within the BLOCK session.
